It contains 18 fre L-amino acids including 9 kinds of necessary amino acids such as L-Threonine, L- Valine,L-Methionine, L-Isoleucine, L-Phenylanine,L-Arginine,L-Glycine, L-Lysine and L-Histidine, which are 22% of total amino acids, while the total amino acid is 47%. The assay of total amino acids after direct burn is about 90%.
